As a business, we’re on a journey. After nearly three decades leading Bayonne, Founder and CEO Steve Baldwin is preparing a new generation to take the reins of the company.
Strategically planned to ensure continuity for our customers and security for the wider team, Steve will gradually transition away from operational management. He will be working with long-standing team members, Levi Kaa and Adam Hopkins in a mentorship role as they step into senior management roles at Bayonne Construction.
Bayonne has deep roots in the industry and the regions we work in. The collective direction from Steve, Levi, Adam, and the Senior Management Team will ensure the strong foundations of the business remain in place to support continued growth for many more decades to come.
